Job description

We are looking for a talented, experienced sales person who is interested in technology, business development and sales with relevant sales experience in a B2B environment. Who loves executing a wide variety of tactics to drive leads and seek out quality prospects that contribute to the company's revenue. The sales specialist will be responsible for working directly with clients to drive customer satisfaction and to ensure that they are supremely successful and delighted with our products and services. The ideal candidate should have experience in enterprises selling in the financial services industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • End-to-end sales pipeline management
  • Build strong relations within clients inluding senior level contacts to facilitate the customer retention
  • Adapt information to the audience, explain difficult issues clearly, establishe consensus, and attain agreement
  • Work closely with clients and prospects to build deep relationships, gain a clear understanding of their business needs
  • Produce clear, concise proposals with an appropriate level of detail that identify the client needs
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the flow of data around a financial organization, who uses it and what for
  • Engage with the client in a technical discussion to understand the issues the clients are facing and provide solutions
  • Establish and execute a pipeline target market strategy for achieving sales targets through the stages of the sales cycle
  • Measure customer satisfaction with products or services

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in selling financial solutions in the financial services industry
  • Be a good listener, and be able to demonstrate a genuine interest in our clients
  • Proactive, self-starter with a hunger for sales alongside a strong business acumen and entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ownership of revenue generation, pipeline management, strategic partnerships and identifying new opportunities
  • Strong understanding of business, financials, products/services
  • Strong verbal and written communication

Would be plus

  • Multi-lingual
  • Payments background
  • Experience in B2B software/SaaS sales
  • Experience in building strategic relationships and partnerships with key industry players, agencies and vendors
